• Secundaria completa y/o estudios técnicos, superiores o truncos

• Office a nivel usuario.

• Comunicación efectiva y orientación al logro de resultados.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera PRESENCIAL en Paucarpata, Arequipa.

¿Qué harás en este puesto?

• Contactar vía telefónica a clientes con deuda en BCP

• Alcanzar los KPIs operativos definidos por tu jefe inmediato, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de desempeño.

• Contribuir activamente al logro de las metas del equipo, colaborando para superar los indicadores establecidos.

• Mantener una relación de calidad con los clientes, brindando asesoramiento profesional
