Job Description
El Analista de Gestión de Incapacidades y Licencias es responsable de administrar, registrar y validar los descansos médicos, incapacidades y licencias laborales de acuerdo con la normativa legal vigente en Perú.

Este rol garantiza la correcta gestión de subsidios, la presentación oportuna de trámites ante las entidades gubernamentales y el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de la organización.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar, registrar y procesar incapacidades médicas de los colaboradores en la plataforma correspondiente (Viva).

  • Validar descansos médicos y realizar el seguimiento para el adecuado reconocimiento por parte de las entidades de salud.

  • Tramitar subsidios médicos y gestionar el recaudo ante las entidades gubernamentales.

  • Administrar licencias aplicables según normativa laboral en Perú (paternidad, maternidad, calamidad, duelo, entre otras).

  • Realizar el proceso de recuperación de dineros relacionados con incapacidades y subsidios.

  • Mantener actualizado el sistema de información y generar reportes de gestión para el área de Recursos Humanos.

  • Brindar soporte y orientación a los colaboradores en cuanto a trámites de incapacidades y licencias
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas legales vigentes y de las políticas internas de la compañía.

Perfil

  • Profesional, o bachiller en Trabajo Social, Administración, Recursos Humanos, o carreras afines.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión, registro y procesamiento de incapacidades y licencias laborales.

  • Experiencia en trámites ante entidades de salud y gubernamentales en Perú.

  • Conocimiento y manejo de la plataforma Viva
  • Experiencia trabajando con empresas de mas de 2000 empleados
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas para gestión de datos).

  • Conocimiento de normativas laborales peruanas relacionadas con descansos médicos y licencias.

  • Organización y atención al detalle.

  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos estrictos.

  • Orientación al servicio y capacidad de comunicación clara.

  • Proactividad y disposición para aprendizaje continuo.

  • Trabajo presencial - vacante requiere rotar entre 3 sedes disponibles en Lima, Horario Lunes a Viernes 8:30 a 6:30
