Esta posición desempeña un papel fundamental en la ejecución eficiente de pedidos institucionales, especialmente en el marco de contrataciones públicas con entidades del Estado peruano.

Al coordinar áreas comerciales, logísticas y administrativas, garantiza entregas oportunas, documentación técnica precisa y cumplimiento contractual.

Además, su participación activa en procesos de licitación —desde la elaboración de ofertas hasta la firma y ejecución de contratos— contribuye directamente a la captación de nuevos negocios, fortaleciendo la presencia de la empresa en el sector salud.

La generación de reportes y seguimiento de indicadores operativos también aporta información clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y mejora continua.

El puesto estará ubicado en Perú, Lima.

**Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:**

+ Seguimiento, control y confirmación de atención de pedidos en ejecución contractual y compras directas, incluyendo designación de lotes, separación de mercadería e inyecto de productos.
+ Ingreso y actualización de precios en el sistema interno.
+ Programación y coordinación de entregas con el equipo comercial y almacenes.
+ Preparación y entrega de documentación técnica y administrativa para la atención de pedidos.
+ Actualización de reportes de despachos, pedidos y entregas.
+ Presentación de informes de atención, backorders y próximas entregas.
+ Elaboración de cotizaciones para entidades del Estado, utilizando la herramienta interna SharePoint.
+ Envío de documentación técnica requerida en procesos de cotización.
+ Gestión integral de procesos de venta con el Estado: presentación de ofertas, adjudicación, firma de contratos y ejecución.
+ Monitoreo de oportunidades en la plataforma SEACE y recepción de invitaciones de hospitales.
+ Preparación de ofertas técnicas y económicas para adjudicaciones públicas.
+ Redacción de cartas y documentos relacionados con licitaciones, entregas y comunicaciones institucionales.
+ Ejecución de otras tareas inherentes al cargo.

**Requisitos mínimos necesarios:**

+ Egresado, titulado o estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Computación e Informática
+ Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia relevante en soporte operativo y administrativo en la gestión de pedidos institucionales y procesos de licitación pública
+ Dominio avanzado de MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Conocimiento de contrataciones con el Estado peruano y normativa vigente / Procesos licitatorios de Perú
+ Sería una ventaja contar con inglés B2
