Misión:
Colaborar y apoyar en los proyectos llevados a cabo por su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las instrucciones dadas por su responsable, a fin de ejecutar las tareas que se le deleguen y formarse en las técnicas básicas dentro de su ámbito de actividad.

Son responsables de gestionar distintas áreas de Recursos Humanos que afectan a los procesos de afiliación y pagos, incluyendo: procesos de contratación, desvinculaciones, mantenimiento de los datos maestros relacionados con compensación y beneficios, ausencias, jubilaciones, informes estadísticos para la Administración interna y externa, administración de sistemas y procesos de cálculo de nóminas y pagos a empleados, implementación de programas de compensación y beneficios, gestión y selección de proveedores externos, etc.

Requisitos del candidato

Funciones:

  • Diseñar, implementar y ejecutar el plan anual de Bienestar Social hacia los trabajadores con su respectivo presupuesto, con la finalidad de retener, fidelizar y motivar al personal.

  • Atender de manera personalizada a los Colaboradores y Familiares.

  • Visitar en el domicilio al colaborador y elaborar las evaluaciones socioeconómicas, con la finalidad de preparar diversos programas de responsabilidad social interna, llevando un registro de los mismos.

  • Recepción, seguimiento, verificación de la autenticidad, registro, control y archivo de los descansos médicos de los colaboradores.

  • Detecta y reporta a la Jefatura de RR.HH.

    las enfermedades más frecuentes que presentan los colaboradores en los descansos médicos con la finalidad de tomar acciones preventivas.

  • Realizar visitas a nuestros colaboradores que se encuentren con más de tres días de absentismo, sea por descanso médico, hospitalización o faltas del colaborador.

  • Informar a los coordinadores y supervisores del personal que deberá incorporarse a sus labores al término de su descanso médico.

  • Supervisar la gestión de ESSALUD de las prestaciones económicas presentadas ante ESSALUD.

    Armado de expedientes, cálculo de prestaciones económicas, presentación del expediente y recupero del importe solicitado.

  • Emite un reporte mensual del personal que se encuentra en subsidio, indicando el estado del trámite correspondiente (período de subsidio, expedientes presentados y cobros realizados).

  • Asistir, acompañar y hacer seguimiento a todo colaborador que ha sufrido un accidente de trabajo, debiendo comunicar a los familiares y realizar el informe correspondiente.

  • Recepción y registro en el sistema la asignación familiar del personal que corresponda.

  • Recepción, registros, control e informe de los Absentismos de los Colaboradores (Licencias por fallecimiento, paternidad, pre y post y otros).
