Objetivo:

Promover y ejecutar los procesos de talento humano, seleccionando a los mejores candidatos, asegurando una integración exitosa en la empresa y proponiendo soluciones a las problemáticas presentadas y de mejora continua.

Su labor contribuye a mantener a los colaboradores alineados a los valores y objetivos organizacionales; y a impulsar un entorno laboral positivo enfocado en el crecimiento, cumpliendo con los lineamientos internos y legales.

Requisitos

  • Egresados o estudiantes de últimos ciclos de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el área de recursos humanos
  • Experiencia realizando procesos de reclutamiento y selección end to end (perfiles operativos, mandos medios y altos)
  • Se valorará experiencia en el rubro inmobiliario
  • Dominio de pruebas psicométricas y plataformas de reclutamiento (Pandapé, Indeed, etc)
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel, Word y herramientas colaborativas como Google Drive
  • Habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación a todo nivel, proactividad, organización, capacidad analítica para la toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas

Funciones:

  • Ejecutar procesos de reclutamiento y selección para puestos operativos, proveedores, mandos medios y altos
  • Evaluar a los solicitantes de créditos vehiculares para el financiamiento automotriz
  • Participar de los procesos de inducción, onboarding y seguimiento de nuevos talentos y colaboradores en general
  • Organizar y ejecutar las actividades de clima laboral en la empresa mediante propuestas que promuevan una cultura de trabajo positiva y productiva en la empresa.

  • Participar de las evaluaciones de desempeño para el personal
  • Preparar informes para la gerencia general
  • Coordinar con el resto de áreas para la organización de los eventos trimestrales de la empresa

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Tipo de contratación: Periodo inicial con Recibo por Honorarios con ingreso a planilla al cumplir 3 meses correspondientes al periodo de adaptación
  • Modalidad: Semi presencial (3 días presenciales y 3 días virtuales, con flexibilidad para asistir presencialmente según requerimiento)
  • Salario Inicial: S/.1600 soles
  • Horarios de trabajo: L - V de 9:00 a 06:00 pm y Sábados de 9:00 am a 01:00 pm
