Job description

REQUISITOS:

1.

Formación Académica:

· egresado o bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.

2.

Experiencia:

· Experiencia mínima de 01 año en el área de compras.

· Manejo de proveedores.

Manejo de indicadores.

3.

Conocimientos:

· Excel (intermedio), manejo de tablas dinamicas.

· Conocimiento de compras y control de inventarios.

4.

Condiciones:

· Cuenta con todos los beneficios en el régimen general.

· Planilla desde el el primer día de trabajo.

· Horario de trabajo, Lunes de Viernes de 8:00 am a 18:30 pm.

FUNCIONES:

· Verificación diaria de stocks de inventarios.

· Enviar las solicitudes de cotización a los proveedores.

· Analizar y evaluar las cotizaciones, valor, calidad, tiempo de entrega, forma de pago para poder enviar su aprobación.

· Negociar con los proveedores a fin de mejorar sus ofertas, calidad del producto, tiempo de entrega, ofertas, condiciones de pago.

· Registrar las órdenes de compra de servicios y bienes de las distintas áreas de la empresa y dar el seguimiento en la entrega de bienes y servicios.

· Elaborar reportes requeridos por la jefatura de área relacionados a su ámbito de gestión.

Y demás tareas solicitadas por su jefe inmediato.
