Job description

Uno de nuestros clientes, empresa consolidada en el sector Comercio Exterior, busca una persona altamente organizada y proactiva para cubrir la posición de Asistente de Gerencia y brindar soporte directo a la alta dirección.

El candidato ideal debe tener formación profesional, experiencia en el cargo y habilidades para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico e internacional.

Además, deberá estar al corriente de las tendencias y tecnologías actuales para optimizar los procesos administrativos y de gestión.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Profesional en asistencia gerencial o administrativa u otras afines.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en empresas del sector comercio exterior, logística o negocios internacionales.

  • Ubicación oficina (traslado): La Molina, Lima.

Conocimientos:

  • Coordinación y seguimiento de tareas con distintas áreas de la empresa.

  • Manejo de documentación comercial y aduanera.

  • Uso de herramientas digitales para la gestión administrativa (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, ERPs).

  • Gestión de agendas y coordinación de reuniones.

  • Elaboración de informes y presentaciones ejecutivas.

Habilidades y competencias:

  • Alta capacidad de organización y planificación de múltiples tareas en simultáneo.

  • Proactividad y orientación a resultados.

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio / avanzado.

  • Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos digitales y nuevas tecnologías.

Funciones principales:

  • Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo tanto a la Gerencia General como a las demás Gerencias de la compañía.

  • Coordinar reuniones, viajes y eventos corporativos.

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a documentos comerciales y legales.

  • Elaborar reportes, presentaciones y resúmenes ejecutivos.

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de tareas y plazos dentro del equipo.

  • Facilitar la comunicación entre la gerencia y las distintas áreas de la empresa.

  • Armar planillas y coordinar pagos con área contable.

  • Llevar los registros de facturas y otros documentos para entrega al área contable.
