¿QUÉ RETO TENDRÁS?

Brindar apoyo administrativo y logístico a la gerencia asignada, asegurando la ejecución oportuna de tareas, coordinación de reuniones, viajes y eventos, manejo de documentación y soporte en procesos internos.

Mantiene una comunicación fluida con áreas internas y actores externos, garantizando orden, eficiencia y confidencialidad en la gestión diaria.

¿CÓMO GENERARÁS VALOR DESDE TU ROL?

  1. Administrar la correspondencia, comunicaciones y documentación oficial de la gerencia, garantizando un flujo de información ordenado, actualizado y confidencial.

  2. Elaborar y mantener informes, presentaciones, reportes de gastos, memorandos y otros documentos clave requeridos por la gerencia.

  3. Recopilar, sistematizar y analizar información relevante para la toma de decisiones, el seguimiento de proyectos y la implementación de estrategias corporativas.

  4. Planificar y coordinar viajes y estadías del equipo gerencial, incluyendo reservas, transporte y otros requerimientos logísticos, conforme a políticas internas.

  5. Coordinar reuniones, talleres y eventos internos y externos con consultores, contratistas, proveedores y otras áreas, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del área.

  6. Gestionar la atención de visitantes y la logística de movilización del personal, contratistas y visitas al site, velando por el cumplimiento de protocolos y una atención profesional.

  7. Procesar documentos de compras en SAP (PRs, SES, EPPs, entre otros) y enviar el headcount diario del personal y contratistas para la elaboración del Daily Report.

  8. Coordinar el proceso de onboarding del personal del área, incluyendo registros en SAP, asignación de equipos y gestión de accesos.

  9. Mantener un alto estándar de servicio en la atención a clientes internos y externos, promoviendo una gestión eficiente, proactiva y colaborativa.

  10. Brindar apoyo administrativo transversal a la Vicepresidencia asignada, incluyendo la cobertura de funciones en caso de ausencia del personal clave y el seguimiento de tareas delegadas.

#BUSCAMOSTUTALENTO

  • Bachiller en Administración, Gestión de Empresas o carreras afines.

  • Mínimo 1 años de experiencia en Gestión Administrativa.

  • Experiencia en empresas trasnacionales y multiculturales.

  • Dominio de Idioma Inglés a nivel intermedio.
