Descripción del empleo

  • Brindar soporte en la elaboración del plan comercial e identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Atender solicitudes de los Key Account Manager y unidades de negocio, emitiendo y haciendo seguimiento a cotizaciones.
  • Registrar requerimientos en el sistema y coordinar su atención con las unidades de negocio.
  • Comunicar la aceptación del servicio por parte del cliente e iniciar su ejecución.
  • Coordinar con Finanzas el alta de nuevos clientes y la evaluación crediticia cuando aplique.
  • Gestionar materiales y herramientas necesarias para las visitas comerciales.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y reportar el avance de oportunidades.
  • Coordinar con equipos operativos y comerciales para optimizar procesos.
  • Cumplir con políticas internas, normativas legales y de seguridad.
  • Realizar otras funciones asignadas por el empleador, según necesidad.
  • Requisitos

  • Técnico completo o universitario egresado en Administración, Marketing, Comunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo años de experiencia en áreas comerciales.
  • Al menos 1 año en posiciones similares (asistente o practicante de ventas).
  • Conocimiento de elaboración y seguimiento de planes comerciales.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de ERP de ventas (deseable, nivel básico/intermedio).
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
