Asistente de Soporte Técnico Job Opening In Santiago de Surco – Now Hiring Columbia Centro de Estudios


Job description

Empresa con más de 40 años de experiencia en el sector educativo, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Asistente de Soporte Técnico para nuestras sedes San Isidro, Lince o Los Olivos.

Objetivo del Puesto
Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de equipos, redes y sistemas mediante soporte técnico integral, incluyendo formateo, configuración, cableado estructurado, administración de servidores y tareas básicas de programación.

Requisitos

  • Estudios en TIC, Informática o afines (preferencia en instituto).

  • Experiencia en soporte técnico y mantenimiento de equipos.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y, en algunos casos, en horarios según requerimientos del puesto.

  • Disposición para participar en cursos o capacitaciones que la empresa estime necesarias para el desarrollo profesional.

Conocimientos En

  • Formateo y configuración de equipos.

  • Cableado estructurado y redes.

  • Office nivel intermedio.

  • Administración de servidores.

  • Programación básica (scripts o lenguajes simples).

Funciones

  • Formateo y configuración de PC: Instalar sistemas operativos y configurar equipos según las políticas de la empresa.

  • Configuración de equipos y sistemas: Ajustar hardware y software para optimizar su rendimiento.

  • Cableado estructurado: Instalar y mantener la conectividad de equipos de red.

  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas: Utilizar Word, Excel y PowerPoint a nivel intermedio para labores administrativas y documentación.

  • Administración de servidores: Configurar, mantener y asegurar la disponibilidad de servidores y software relacionado.

  • Programación básica: Crear scripts o pequeños programas para automatizar tareas y resolver incidencias.

  • Horarios rotativos: de 08:00 am a 06:00 pm // de 11:30 am a 09:30 pm
  • Régimen general, planilla completa
  • EPS voluntaria cubierta al 50%
