Requisitos específicos:

  • Estudiante, egresado o bachiller en
    Ing.

    de Sistemas, Software, Informática
    o carreras afines.

  • Mínimo
    6 meses de experiencia en Help Desk o Mesa de Ayuda
    .

  • Conocimiento intermedio de
    CRUD
    en bases de datos (
    MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL
    ).

  • Conocimiento básico en
    Java, Eclipse, HTML
    .

  • Manejo básico de
    Microsoft Office
    .

Funciones del cargo:

  • Configuración y personalización de nuestras plataformas web.

  • Atención y seguimiento de incidencias vía tickets.

  • Soporte al cliente por teléfono, chat, correo o acceso remoto.

  • Resolución de consultas sobre el negocio.

  • Elaboración y actualización de manuales de implementación (SOAP).

  • Generación de reportes desde base de datos a solicitud del cliente.

  • Lunes a jueves: 06:00am - 04:00pm, Viernes de 06:00am a 10:00am y sábado de 08:00am 1:00pm

  • Lunes a viernes: 08:30am - 06:30pm

  • Lunes a viernes: 09:00am - 07:00pm
