Asistente de RRHH Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Yangzhou Rongfei


Job description

Somos una constructora transnacional china con sólida trayectoria en el sector construcción, desarrollando proyectos de gran envergadura a nivel nacional e internacional.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a profesional para el puesto de ASISTENTE DE RRHH, que desee formar parte de un equipo y continuar construyendo proyectos de gran impacto.

Requisitos:

  • Egresado(a) o Bachiller en Psicología, Administración, Ing.

    Industrial, Contabilidad o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 año en el área de RRHH.

  • Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección.

  • Elaborar y gestionar contratos, renovaciones, adendas, cartas de baja y otros documentos laborales.

  • Registrar y controlar asistencias, vacaciones, permisos y descansos médicos del personal administrativo y de obra
  • Office Intermedio.

  • Conocimiento básico de procesos de planillas, T-Registro y PLAME.

  • Dar soporte en actividades de bienestar, clima laboral, capacitaciones y reconocimientos.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial en San Isidro
