Asistente de RRHH Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring MAININ

Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de personal de apoyo para el área de recursos humanos, para la posición de ASISTENTE DE RRHH, quien pueda realizar el proceso integrado de reclutamiento, selección y habilitación en base a los perfiles de puesto, a fin de garantizar personal idóneo para los diferentes proyectos.

Requisitos
Profesional técnico, universitario u bachiller de las carreras Administración/ Recursos Humanos/Psicología

organizacional o afines.

Experiencia no menor a 1 año en cargos similares.

Manejo de Excel Intermedio.

Experiencia en habilitación de personal.

Disponibilidad para viajar a Unidad Minera, de manera puntual o eventual.

Funciones
Realizar levantamiento y/o validación de información de requerimiento de personal con el cliente interno para el

perfil de las posiciones vacantes.

Definir las fuentes de reclutamiento y evaluaciones Psicológicas de personal, en función a las características

del cargo asignado.

Realizar filtro curricular y telefónico.

Coordinar las distintas entrevistas, hasta finalizar el proceso de selección de personal para personal permanente

y de parada de planta.

Coordinar envío de pruebas psico laborales.

Gestionar las referencias laborales de los candidatos.

Realizar coordinaciones con el personal referente a su habilitación para las diferentes unidades mineras.

Programar exámenes médicos y seguimiento de observaciones.

Realizar coordinaciones con doctor ocupacional referente a observaciones del personal.

Programar cursos en las diferentes entidades capacitadoras.

Realizar coordinaciones con cliente interno para programaciones de subida de acuerdo a requerimientos.

Realizar coordinaciones con el personal referente a su ingreso.

Tramitar el ingreso del personal a unidad minera, a través de las plataformas de cada unidad.

Coordinar compra de pasajes para personal en unidades mineras.

Gestionar firma de documentos de ingreso a la empresa, fichas de ingreso, contratos, etc

Realizar seguimiento de tareo y pagos de personal de parada de planta.

Actualizar legajos de personal.

Apoyo en otras actividades del área.
