ASISTENTE DE RRHH BILINGÜE Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Blancas Sandoval & Associates. PA

Descripción del empleo

El Asistente de RRHH desempeña un papel fundamental en el área de gestión del talento humano, brindando soporte en diversas tareas administrativas y operativas.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Elaboración nómina mensual y quincenal, régimen pequeña empresa, régimen general, sector construcción civil y minería. 
  • Ingresar información personal y laboral al sistema de planillas SALARIS.
  • Cálculo de la nómina mensual, gratificaciones, compensación por tiempos de servicio (CTS), liquidación de beneficios sociales (LBS).
  • Cálculo de bonos, comisiones, horas extras y otros conceptos de la planilla.
  • Realizar los cálculos necesarios para las deducciones y retenciones, como impuestos sobre la renta, aportes a la seguridad social, préstamos, entre otros.
  • Generar y entregas boletas de pago, constancias de depósito, entre otros documentos laborales.
  • Elaborar y presentar PLAME.
  • Declaración y pagos de AFP
  • Elaboración de provisiones contables de planillas y conciliación de cuentas de planillas
  • Generación de SCTR, Vida Ley y control de seguros.
  • Realizar actualizaciones en el T-registro -SUNAT.
  • Procesar las liquidaciones de beneficios sociales con la documentación correspondiente requerida.
  • Otras actividades relacionadas.

Requisitos

  • Responsabilidades clave:

  • Egresado o bachiller de la carrera de Contabilidad o Gestión de recursos humanos.
  • Profesional bilingüe, español-ingles.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años.
  • Conocimiento en legislación laboral (Régimen General, Construcción Civil y Mypes).
  • Dominio de Excel: Intermedio-Avanzado.
  • Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Manejo del T-registro, AFPNET y PDT Plame.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción.


Información adicional

  • Egresado o Bachiller de las carreras de Contabilidad y/o de Gestión de RRHH.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en empresas.
  • Conocimiento en Legislación laboral (Régimen Laboral 728, Construcción Civil, Minería y Mypes).
  • Excelente al detalle y capacidad para manejar información confidencial.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Conocimiento de AFPNET,PLAME,T-Registro, windows office:excel,word,pdf,canva.
  • Conocimiento en reclutamiento y selección.
  • Horario:  Lunes a Viernes - De 9:00 am a 7:00 pm
