Planta de Tratamiento de Agua de Yanacocha (WTP):

Ubicada a 800 km al noreste de Lima, Perú, Yanacocha es la mina de oro más grande de Sudamérica.

El Proyecto WTP consiste en dos de las plantas de tratamiento de aguas ácidas más grandes de Sudamérica (la del oeste tendrá una capacidad de 3.000 y la del este 2.700 m3/hora).

Actualmente se realizan Trabajos Tempranos en el sitio, preparando las plataformas permanentes y áreas de acopio para las plantas Este y Oeste, además de la estimación Clase 2, programa nivel 3 y el Plan de Ejecución.

Resumen del Puesto:

Este rol, será responsable en las tareas administrativas relacionadas a los procesos de Recursos Humanos en el proyecto Yanacocha WTP, brindando soporte a los Representantes de Recursos Humanos en terreno.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar una variedad de actividades operacionales de recursos humanos en una o varias de estas áreas: servicios al empleado, ingreso de datos del empleado, relaciones con el empleado y administración de personal.

  • Ayudar en tareas administrativas según sea necesario, como auditorías de datos, mantenimiento de registros, informes, etc.

  • Recopilar datos y/o información para desarrollar informes de personal.

  • Apoyar en la identificación en oportunidades de mejora de procesos para impulsar la eficiencia operativa.

  • Interactuar con empleados para responder y resolver consultas/problemas de complejidad simple, sobre políticas de recursos humanos.

  • Coordinar y soportar el proceso de incorporación de personas, coordinando y comunicándose con las áreas correspondientes en el proyecto.

  • Soportar el proceso de orientación de la empresa para ayudar a facilitar el proceso de onboarding en el proyecto.

  • Apoyar en todas las actividades relacionadas a los procesos del área en el proyecto.

Educación y Experiencia Requerida:

Requiere egresado/a o bachiller en carreras relacionadas al puesto y entre 2-4 años de experiencia profesional realizando labores en Recursos Humanos.

Conocimientos y Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Deseable cursos de especialización de Recursos Humanos.

  • Experiencia en manejo de base de datos.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.

  • Ms Excel y Power BI a nivel intermedio-avanzado.

Yanacocha Water Treatment Plant (WTP):

Located 800 km northeast of Lima, Peru, Yanacocha is South America's largest gold mine.

The WTP Project consists of two of the largest acid water treatment plants in South America (the West one with capacity of 3,000 m3/hour and the East one with 2,700 m3/hour).

Early works are currently being performed on site, preparing the permanent platforms and laydown areas for the East and West plants, in addition to the Class 2 estimate, Level 3 schedule and Execution Plan.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to Human Resources processes in Yanacocha Water Treatment Plant project, providing support to the Human Resources Representatives on site.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Performing a variety of operational human resources activities in one or more of these areas: employee services, employee data entry, employee relations, and personnel administration.

  • Assisting in administrative tasks as needed, such as data audits, record maintenance, reporting, etc.

  • Collecting data and/or gather information to develop personnel reports.

  • Supporting in identifying process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency.

  • Interacting with employees to respond to and resolve simple queries/issues regarding human resources policies.

  • Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process by communicating with the relevant areas.

  • Supporting the company's orientation process to help facilitate the onboarding process on-site.

  • Generally, supporting all activities related to the HR processes in the project.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires a graduate or bachelor's degree in fields related to the position and between 2-4 years of professional experience performing tasks in Human Resources.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Desirable specialization in Human Resources.

  • Experience in database management.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Intermediate to advanced level of Ms Excel and Power BI.
