En MIDAS SOLUTIONS CENTER - SEDE LOS OLIVOS -LIMA,
estamos buscando un asistente de recursos humanos entusiasta y dedicado para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Requisitos

  • Egresado en la carrera de recursos humanos, gestión del talento humano o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia previa en recursos humanos o en un puesto similar (INDISPENSABLE).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo.

  • Conocimientos básicos de las normativas laborales y políticas internas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de atención al detalle.

Funciones

  • Asistir durante los procesos de contratación (preparar el expediente del nuevo empleado, verificar documentación requerida, impartir inducción sobre la empresa).

  • Elaborar informes y hojas de cálculo; redactar y distribuir documentos.

  • Organizar y archivar documentos físicos y digitales.

  • Mantener al día el archivo del personal.

  • Brindar asistencia en la coordinación de eventos internos, recreativos o de capacitación.

  • Llevar el control de asistencia del personal.

  • Atender al personal y brindar información sobre trámites relacionados con su cargo.

  • Registrar descansos médicos, permisos, inasistencias, entre otros.

  • Realizar otras actividades asignadas por su superior inmediato.
