En Andecorp Group SAC estamos creciendo y queremos que tú seas parte de nuestro equipo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Que tengas al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

  • Formación técnica o universitaria en administración, contabilidad o afines.

  • Que seas una persona proactiva, responsable, honesta y puntual.

  • Que manejes Excel a nivel intermedio
  • Conocimiento en software de RRHH (deseable).

¿Qué harás día a día con nosotros?

  • Actualizar y administrar nuestro sistema de gestión de RRHH.

  • Gestionar contratos y trámites en SUNAT.

  • Dar seguimiento a las afiliaciones de AFP y movimientos de cuentas.

  • Gestionar coberturas de seguros como SCTR, pólizas y EPS.

  • Apoyar con pagos, planillas y todo lo relacionado con la administración del personal.

  • Y muchas tareas más que te ayudarán a desarrollar tus competencias en recursos humanos.

¿Dónde y cuándo trabajarás?

  • En nuestra oficina en Santa Anita (ideal si vives por Santa Anita, El Agustino, Ate o La Molina).

  • De lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
