Asistente de Reclutamiento y Administracion de personal Job Opening In San José de los Chorrillos – Now Hiring MS Business Manager SAC


Job description

REQUISITOS

  • Bachiller en Psicología, Administracion o ingenieria industrial
  • 2 años de xperiencia en reclutamiento y seleccion de personal operativo y administrativo.

  • Residir en zonas aledañas al CONO SUR.

FUNCIONES

  • Realizar la convocatoria y trabajo de campo para los puestos de trabajo de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los jefes de áreas.

  • Realizar la convocatoria en las diferentes plataformas digitales, hacer el correcto filtro de acuerdo al perfil, así como la selección, inducción y contratación final del postulante.

  • Descargar el horario laboral (quincenal y mensual) y pasarlo en Excel con las observaciones que pueda encontrar.

  • Coordinar reuniones y entrevistas con las áreas correspondientes de acuerdo a la solicitud de Gerencia General o la de RR.

  • Coordinar la entrega de refrigerios con el proveedor asignado
  • Mantener al día el legajo del personal en físico y pasar reporte.

  • Apoyo en las demás áreas administrativas, en caso se requiera y sobre toda total responsabilidad y compromiso en el área de RR.
