En la actualidad, Prosegur Alarms se encuentra en búsqueda de un
Asistente de Procesos Comerciales,
quien tendrá como misión brindar soporte operativo y administrativo en la documentación, ejecución y seguimiento de los procesos comerciales, contribuyendo a su estandarización, trazabilidad y mejora continua, así como apoyar en la gestión logística, administrativa y operativa del área.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Documentar los procesos del área en coordinación con el analista responsable de procesos o Líder del área.

  • Apoyar en la ejecución de proyectos de mejora continua y automatización.

  • Recopilar información de los canales comerciales para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos.

  • Canalizar y dar seguimiento a requerimientos internos de procesos operativos y de sistemas relacionados.

  • Brindar soporte operativo para la gestión de compras y abastecimiento.

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a entregas de herramientas, accesos u otros recursos administrativos.

  • Generar reportes básicos de avance o cumplimiento de actividades relacionadas a procesos.

  • Apoyar en la preparación de material para auditorías internas.

  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato, en el marco de sus competencias.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachiller técnico o universitario en curso en las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Conocimientos básicos de gestión de procesos, logística y administración operativa.

  • Deseable tener conocimientos en SAP Business Objects, Oracle Siebel, Salesforce y/o Gestión de Procesos o Mejora Continua.

  • Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).

  • Contar con 1 año de experiencia en posiciones administrativas, logísticas, procesos

o similares.
