Asistente de Operaciones y Onboarding de Clientes Job Opening In San Isidro – Now Hiring Flexi

Buscamos un Asistente Técnico de Operaciones y Onboarding de Clientes que nos ayude a garantizar un servicio eficiente, seguro y de alta calidad para nuestros clientes.

Misión del puesto

Brindar soporte técnico especializado y apoyo operativo en telecomunicaciones VoIP en la nube, gestión de dominios y correos corporativos, así como en el proceso de onboarding y soporte de soluciones SaaS e integraciones, trabajando en coordinación con proveedores y clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

Telefonía y telecomunicaciones

Administrar y gestionar sistemas de llamadas VoIP y telefonía en la nube.

Coordinar con proveedores de tráfico de llamadas y DIDs.

Brindar soporte técnico nivel 2 en soluciones de telefonía cloud.

FlexiChat (Atención multicanal)

Ejecutar el proceso completo de onboarding de clientes en FlexiChat.

Monitorear y evaluar el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma.

Brindar soporte técnico nivel 2 en FlexiChat.

Realizar integraciones con herramientas externas (Make, Zapier, N8N).

Desarrollar y configurar agentes IA en OpenAI.

Integrar herramientas externas mediante API y WebHooks.

Dominios y hosting

Administrar dominios y configuraciones en Cloudflare, A2Hosting, GoDaddy, Namecheap.

Correos corporativos

Administrar cuentas y licencias de Office 365.

Gestionar SharePoint y OneDrive.

Requisitos

Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería de Redes y Comunicaciones o carreras técnicas afines a TI.

Experiencia previa en soporte técnico nivel 2 y gestión de telecomunicaciones VoIP en la nube.

Conocimiento en herramientas de integración (Make, Zapier, N8N) y APIs.

Manejo de dominios y hosting (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).

Experiencia en administración de Office 365, SharePoint y OneDrive.

Deseable experiencia en desarrollo de agentes IA.
