Job description

Por encargo de nuestro cliente, empresa perteneciente al rubro, nos encontramos en la búsqueda (#hiring) de un Asistente de Logística, que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:

¿Qué buscamos?

· Egresado técnico de administración de empresas o bachiller universitario de Ingeniería Industrial o Administración.

· Mínimo (01) año de experiencia como encargado de almacén, gestor de almacén o puestos similares.

· Experiencia en métodos de inventarios.

· Conocimiento en gestión de inventarios y procesos logísticos.

· Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Microsoft Excel.

· Conocimiento en sistemas logísticos.

· Residir en zonas aledañas a San Miguel.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

· Sueldo acorde al mercado.

· Trabajo presencial en San Miguel.

· Horario de lunes a viernes en el horario de 8:30 a.m. a 6 p.m., sábados de 8:30 am a 2 pm.

· Período de prueba de 3 meses, renovable de acuerdo a desempeño.

· Ingreso a planilla desde el primer día.

· Todos los beneficios de ley.

¿Cuál serán tus retos?

  1. Gestión de pedidos y entregas

  2. Coordinar el despacho de productos según prioridades (urgencias, licitaciones, etc.).

  3. Verificar que cada pedido esté completo, correcto y a tiempo.

  4. Hacer seguimiento a entregas con los transportistas (propios o terceros).

  5. Revisar y actualizar el estado de pedidos en sistemas internos o Excel.

  6. Control de inventario

  7. Realizar conteos cíclicos y conciliaciones de stock físico vs.

    sistema.

  8. Apoyar en la rotación de productos (evitar vencimientos o pérdidas).

  9. Identificar quiebres de stock y reportar con antelación para reabastecimiento.

  10. Coordinación con proveedores y compras

  11. Hacer seguimiento a tiempos de entrega de proveedores.

  12. Apoyar al área de compras con cotizaciones o solicitudes puntuales.

  13. Comunicar faltantes o demoras al equipo de ventas y dirección.

  14. Optimización de rutas y transporte

  15. Apoyar en el diseño y actualización de rutas de reparto eficientes.

  16. Monitorear el uso de vehículos: consumo, mantenimiento y disponibilidad.

  17. Gestionar guías de remisión, hojas de ruta y documentación de transporte.

  18. Gestión documental y trazabilidad

  19. Archivar y mantener ordenada la documentación logística: guías, facturas, reportes de entrega.

  20. Asegurar trazabilidad de los despachos en caso de reclamos o auditorías.

  21. Apoyo al área comercial

  22. Coordinar con ventas para priorizar entregas críticas.

  23. Avisar al área comercial sobre retrasos, faltantes o cambios en rutas.

  24. Garantizar que lo prometido al cliente se cumpla en logística.

  25. Indicadores y mejora continua

  26. Medir indicadores como tiempo promedio de entrega, tasa de entregas completas, incidencias.

  27. Proponer mejoras operativas: reducción de tiempos, errores o sobrecostos.
