ASISTENTE DE IMPORTACIONES

¿Eres el candidato ideal?

  • Contar con bachiller o ser titulado en carreras como Administración de negocios internacionales, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines
  • Conocimiento técnico de la gestión de importaciones (aduana y carga) y comercio exterior.

  • 03 años de experiencia en importaciones.

  • MS Office, inglés a nivel intermedio, SAP Business One

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Gestionar las importaciones de la empresa (coordinación con proveedores internacionales, agentes de cargas y agentes aduaneros) velando por la optimización de los recursos y minimizando los costos logísticos.

  • Mantener el lead time y landed cost de los pedidos, haciendo seguimiento a través del sistema de aduanas y comunicación constante con los proveedores locales e internacionales.

  • Emitir la Orden de Compra en SAP y su envío al proveedor para iniciar el abastecimiento.

  • Coordinar con los agentes de carga y aduanas la programación de los envíos.

  • Realizar las traducciones y otras actividades relacionadas al agenciamiento de aduana para la nacionalización de la carga.

    Revisión documentaria (invoice, BL/AWB, etc).

  • Realizar el costeo de importación en SAP, para los ingresos al sistema.

  • Coordinar con los proveedores status de los productos, back order y disponibilidad de los mismos.

  • Coordinar con el área de Contabilidad la validación de las facturas en el sistema, para la gestión de su pago correspondiente.

  • Enviar el status de las importaciones e informar a las áreas implicadas sobre la llegada a almacén central de los productos.

  • Emisión de las Órdenes de Venta para iniciar el flujo logístico de despacho a clientes externos.

  • Elaborar los reportes de vencimiento de mercadería, factor de importación, leadtime y cumplimiento de entrega a clientes (OTIF).

  • Realizar otras tareas que le sean asignadas por el superior inmediato.
