Asistente de Help Desk Job Opening In San José de los Chorrillos – Now Hiring HERMES Perú


Job description

Hermes Transportes Blindados, empresa líder en brindar servicios de Soluciones Seguras, con más de 30 años en el mercado y más de 3000 trabajadores, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un ASISTENTE DE HELP DESK Y MESA DE SERVICIO.

Requisitos

  • Técnico Titulado o Egresado de la carrera de Sistemas, Computación e Informática o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Practicantes o Auxiliares de Mesa de Servicio

FUNCIONES

  • Brindar soporte microinformático preventivo y correctivo de hardware y software en los equipos de la empresa, así como también atender requerimientos técnicos de los usuarios.

  • Brindar soporte técnico de hardware y software a todas las PCs de la empresa, incluyendo agencias y equipos instalados en clientes como parte de los servicios brindados por Hermes.

  • Documentar y registrar adecuadamente los casos reportados en el sistema de gestión de incidentes y confirmar número de caso al usuario.

  • Soporte técnico Remoto
