Asistente de gestion de reclamos Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Auna

Misión del cargo:
Garantizar una adecuada experiencia del paciente en las instalaciones.

Atiende, gestiona y brinda solución a los reclamos

Funciones del cargo:
Acompañamiento, Orientación de pacientes y control del volumen de pacientes en los módulos ambulatorios, farmacia, imágenes y Emergencia.

Seguimiento al paciente VIP e INS en el área ambulatoria.

Colocación de revistas y reporte de averías a mantenimiento en las áreas públicas.

Monitoreo de áreas críticas en servicio.

Atención de incidencias y prevención de quejas, buscando la solución inmediata.

Control y registro de Incidencias diarias en las distintas áreas.

Atención del reclamo, elabora carta e informe de resultado del reclamo de acuerdo a lo estipulado en el Flujo de atención de Reclamos establecido.

Requisitos:
Estudios técnicos concluidos o universitario inconcluso Administración, Marketing, comunicaciones

Contar con experiencia en contacto con el cliente de manera presencial, de preferencia sector salud.

Experiencia en manejo de caja e indicadores
