Asistente de Gerencia (Medio Tiempo) Job Opening In Trujillo – Now Hiring INAEM


Job description

TU ODONTOLOGA, empresa que brinda servicios médicos y odontológicos, se encuentra en búsqueda de 01 Asistente de Gerencia ( PART TIME ) que cumpla las siguientes actividades:



Funciones:



- Recepción, información y atención a los clientes.

- Atención de teléfonos y redes sociales propias de la empresa.

- Venta de productos y servicios ofertados por la empresa.

- Programación de citas y llenado de datos de los pacientes en DOCTOCLIQ.

- Mantener datos de los clientes actualizados y realizar seguimientos.

- Realizar la función de apertura y cierre de caja.

- Registrar en el software todo los ingresos y egresos diarios.

- Organizar y realizar los pagos respectivos del mes.

- Mantener comunicación constante con el área de Contabilidad.

- Resguardo de los activos de la empresa.

- Mantener ordenada y limpia el área de recepción y sala de espera.

- Coordinar con los diferentes especialistas para organizar agenda.



Requerimientos:



- Egresados de Administración, Ing.

Empresarial, entre otros.

- Conocimiento intermedio en Excel, Power BI y otras herramientas de análisis.

- Experiencia en atención al cliente.

( Sector de Servicios)

- Experiencia en áreas de administración y gestión del personal.

- Personalidad carismática, proactiva, facilidad de palabra.

- Capacidad de liderazgo y negociación.

- Trabajo en equipo.



Especificaciones:



- La primera semana es de capacitación.

- Horario: De Lunes a Viernes (3pm a 8pm) Sábados 9am a 12pm

- Sueldo: S/.600.00 al mes

- Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempo
