Sobre la empresa

Leasein es una organización ágil y moderna que convierte las laptops en un servicio operativo y financiero para empresas.

Está presente por tercer año consecutivo en el Top100 mejores startups de la revista Forbes.

Las soluciones que brinda son: alquiler de laptops por meses (flexibilidad, sin contrato); leasing operativo (alquileres por años, con contrato); leasing financiero y venta corporativa (cuando las empresas quieren comprar los activos).

Recientemente ha lanzado dos nuevas soluciones: leaseback (recomprar laptops que recientemente han comprado las empresas) y gestión de activos residuales (para liberar a las empresas de las laptops antiguas).

Cuenta con 9,000 laptops propias para alquiler, 80 colaboradores, 420 clientes con alquileres vigentes a diferentes plazos de vencimiento, entre pequeñas, medianas, grandes empresas.

Leasein una empresa rentable y solvente, auditada por RSM y con un programa de bonos de clasificación A+.

Funciones:

  • Emitir facturas, boletas y notas de crédito en coordinación con el área comercial y de operaciones, asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento tributario.

  • Revisar órdenes de servicio, contratos y guías de remisión antes de la emisión de comprobantes de pago.

  • Registrar y mantener actualizado el control de facturación en el sistema contable y/o ERP de la empresa.

  • Coordinar con clientes para la validación de facturas electrónicas y resolver observaciones en los plazos establecidos.

  • Gestionar la presentación oportuna de documentos en los portales de clientes (facturación electrónica, órdenes de compra, etc.).

  • Dar seguimiento a las fechas de vencimiento de facturas, alertando al área de cobranzas sobre posibles atrasos.

  • Brindar soporte al área de contabilidad en la conciliación de ingresos y en cierres mensuales.

  • Archivar, organizar y custodiar la documentación relacionada con facturación y contratos comerciales.

  • Atender consultas internas y externas sobre estados de facturación y procesos de cobranza.

  • Proponer mejoras en los procesos de facturación para optimizar tiempos y reducir errores operativos.

¿Cuál es el perfil que buscamos?

  • Egresado o bachiller en Contabilidad, Administración, Ing Industrial, Gestión empresarial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles similares.

  • Conocimiento de normativa tributaria peruana (IGV, comprobantes electrónicos, emisión en SUNAT).

  • Dominio Intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, Macros).

  • Deseable manejo de plataformas de facturación electrónica.

  • Orientación a detalle, organización, y capacidad para trabajar con volúmenes altos sin afectar la precisión.

  • Buena comunicación y disposición al trabajo en equipo interáreas.
