ASISTENTE DE EXPERIENCIA DEL CLIENTE

Misión del puesto

Brindar soporte al área de
Experiencia del Cliente
en la unidad de Supermercados, colaborando en la ejecución de acciones orientadas a fortalecer la cultura centrada en el cliente y la excelencia en el servicio.

Apoyar la gestión de proyectos, análisis de información y ejecución de campañas multicanal (Email, SMS/WhatsApp, Push) en coordinación con las áreas de Ecommerce, Call Center y Canales Digitales.

Funciones principales

Apoyar el análisis de procesos y journeys del cliente
, recopilando información, identificando puntos de mejora y documentando los flujos actuales (
As Is
) y propuestos (
To Be
).

Brindar soporte operativo
en la implementación y administración del sistema CRM, verificando la correcta programación y funcionamiento de las campañas y flujos de comunicación.

Apoyar la ejecución de campañas
en herramientas de Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder), realizando pruebas, revisiones de contenido y seguimiento de envíos.

Elaborar reportes básicos de resultados
de campañas (aperturas, clics, conversiones) y contribuir al monitoreo de indicadores de satisfacción del cliente (NPS, CSAT).

Dar soporte en la segmentación de bases de datos
, actualización de listas y control de información, asegurando la calidad y consistencia de los datos.

Colaborar en la maquetación y revisión de contenidos
para correos electrónicos y mensajes digitales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de marca.

Asistir en la coordinación entre áreas
(CX, Ecommerce, Call Center, Digital y Back Office) para la implementación de mejoras en la experiencia del cliente.

Documentar procedimientos y aprendizajes
, apoyando la mejora continua y la estandarización de buenas prácticas.

Apoyar en el seguimiento de proyectos de experiencia del cliente
, recopilando información y consolidando avances para presentaciones o reportes ejecutivos.

Formación y requisitos

  • Profesional egresado de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Comunicaciones, Sistemas o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ejecución y envío de campañas o journeys.

  • Muy deseable manejo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement) o ICON, entre otros afines.

  • Conocimientos en Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder y Content Builder.

  • Muy deseable de SQL básico/intermedio para segmentación.

  • Manejo de KPIs de marketing y analítica de campañas.

  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado.
