Responsabilidades del Asistente de Coordinación

* Apoyar en la coordinación de las diferentes áreas del Policlínico.

* Elaborar y actualizar reportes de gestión.

* Organizar agendas, reuniones y actividades internas.

* Canalizar requerimientos y solicitudes entre áreas.

* Brindar soporte administrativo a la jefatura.

* Velar por el cumplimiento de procesos internos.

Requisitos del cargo de Asistente de Coordinación

* Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Administración, Gestión de Servicios de Salud o carreras afines (deseable)

* Experiencia mínima de 1 año en apoyo administrativo o coordinación de áreas (de preferencia en sector salud).

* Manejo de herramientas de ofimática (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Organización, proactividad y buena comunicación.

* Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y orientación al servicio.

Sueldo: S/.1,300.00 al mes
