Requisitos

  • Universitario egresado de Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internaciones o Ingeniería Industrial
  • Experiencia mínima de 06 meses realizando funciones similares.

  • Nivel Intermedio de POWER BI (Deseable).

  • Nivel de Excel Intermedio - Avanzado (Indispensable).

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Lurín.

Funciones

  • Recibir las solicitudes de equipos y maquinaria por parte de los asesores comerciales.

  • Registrar y documentar detalladamente las necesidades específicas de cada cliente, incluyendo tipo de maquinaria, cantidad, fechas de alquiler, y cualquier otro requerimiento especial.

  • Evaluar la disponibilidad de los equipos solicitados y verificar si están en buen estado de funcionamiento.

  • Identificar posibles conflictos de programación y disponibilidad de equipos.

  • Coordinar con el taller o equipo de mantenimiento para asegurar que los equipos estén en óptimas condiciones para su alquiler.

  • Participar en las reuniones tripartitas.

  • Programar las reparaciones y el alistamiento de los equipos de acuerdo con las fechas de alquiler y las necesidades de los clientes.

  • Comunicar a los asesores comerciales la disponibilidad de los equipos solicitados y cualquier información relevante sobre el estado de estos.

  • Entre otras funciones asignadas por su jefe inmediato.
