Job description

Nuestra Institución, una reconocida organización del sector educación, con presencia a nivel nacional; se encuentra a la búsqueda de profesionales que deseen formar parte de nuestra comunidad laboral.

FUNCIONES: Apoyar en el proceso de compras según las indicaciones recibidas.

Mantener actualizado el archivo de órdenes de compra, cotizaciones, guías de remisión, copias de facturas entre otros.

Actualizar y ampliar el registro de proveedores.

Realizar la codificación del bien o servicio.

Tramitar la documentación recibida al área correspondiente.

Apoyar en la recepción, registro y distribución interna y externa de acuerdo con las indicaciones recibidas.

Realizar otras funciones que le asigne su superior inmediato.

Requisitos

Egresado o Bachiller en Administración, contabilidad o carreras afines.

Conocimiento intermedio de Ofimática.

Conocimiento de software logísticos.

Contar con dos (02) años de experiencia en gestión de compras.
