Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de (01) ASISTENTE DE COMPRAS

Requerimientos

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

Profesional Técnico o universitario bachiller en: Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

GIROS:

Provenir muy deseablemente de empresas del rubro de transporte o rubro automotriz; sin embargo, otros giros serán considerados, siempre y cuando el candidato cuente con la experiencia solicitada para esta posición.

EXPERIENCIA

Demostrar, obligatoriamente, tener 2 años o más de experiencia como asistente de compras en el área de Mantenimiento (áreas relacionadas al rubro automotriz) o similar a la posición solicitada.

Experiencia en compras en el exterior

DOMINIOS:

Obligatorios:

  • Conocimientos en Gestión de Compras.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en negociación con proveedores y generación de órdenes de compra.

  • Manejo de sistema relacionados al área de logística.

  • Análisis de cuadros comparativos (proveedores)

  • Tener 2 años de experiencia laboral como asistente compras.

    (obligatorio)

  • Excel intermedio.

  • Ingles Intermedio - Avanzado.

Deseables:

  • Residir en el cono norte.

  • Manejo o conocimiento de sistema ODOO.

  • Ingles Intermedio

FUNCIONES PROPIAS DEL PUESTO

· Gestión de Proveedores (Actualización de maestro de Proveedores)

· Generar las solicitudes de compras/servicios de todas las áreas de las empresas del grupo

· Buscar proveedores Nacionales y/o extranjeros

· Solicitar y gestionar Cotizaciones a proveedores según requerimiento

· Analizar y comparar las ofertas de los proveedores, negociar los precios y garantizar la mejor relación calidad-precio.

· Generar orden de compra/servicio y envío al proveedor

· Dar seguimiento a la recepción de la mercadería

· Registrar los comprobantes de pago de mercaderías y servicio

· Adjuntar documentos de sustento a cada registro (comprobantes de pago, Guías, otros)

· Coordinar devoluciones

· Realizar gestiones administrativas solicitadas por el analista de Compras

· Dar seguimiento a los pagos de proveedores

· Reportar el proceso de compras con las personas responsables del área.
