Job description

Somos un grupo empresarial con más de 21 años en el mercado, dedicados a la fabricación y comercialización de Cristales Templados, Cristales Insulados, Carpintería de Aluminio, Accesorios, entre otros.

Nuestra meta principal es cumplir siempre con nuestros clientes, basándonos en una relación de confianza, manteniendo políticas, normas y un servicio único que nos define y diferencia del mercado.

FUNCIONES:

Atender los requerimientos de compras de las diferentes áreas de la empresa, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente interno.

Verificar que las adquisiciones requeridas para las diferentes áreas de la empresa, se ejecuten de forma oportuna y eficiente, para la satisfacción de los usuarios.

Atender los requerimientos generales de materiales (RGM), de todos los proyectos que están en ejecución, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente interno.

Verificar la entrega oportuna de la mercadería que figuran en el RGM, para abastecer la producción, y así garantizar una producción continua.

Negociar conjuntamente con el Jefe de Logística y/o Gerente del área, las mejores condiciones comerciales con los proveedores: precio, calidad, forma de pago, tiempo de entrega, etc., con la finalidad de ser más competitivos en el mercado.

Verificar y validar las facturas de los proveedores con las respectivas órdenes de compra ya emitidas, para entregar información sincerada al área contable.

Consolidar los requerimientos mensuales de economato de toda la empresa, para su posterior atención, con la finalidad de buscar mejores alternativas económicas.

Realizar búsqueda de proveedores nuevos y productos alternativos, con la finalidad de brindar otras opciones al cliente interno y externo.

Mantener actualizado los indicadores del área de compras, para su posterior analices y toma de decisiones.

Participar en los inventarios programados por la empresa, para mantener actualizado el kardex.

Cumplir con la política, objetivos, programas y legislación vigente aplicable a la organización.

Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos del sistema de Gestión Integrada ( ISO:9001; ISO:14001; ISO

Participar en las actividades relacionadas al Comité de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo

Cumplir con el reglamento interno de trabajo y el reglamento interno de seguridad y salud en el trabajo

Reportar actos y condiciones inseguras en los puestos de trabajo.

Participar en la determinación de los aspectos e impactos ambientales, identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos, determinación y cumplimiento de controles operacionales de las actividades que realiza.

Todas las funciones y responsabilidades y autoridad, vinculadas a los procesos de SSOMA, que están establecidas en el la matriz SIG-E002 Roles, responsabilidades y autoridades

Otras actividades inherentes a la posición.
