Nuestro cliente importante empresa comercializadora de insumos químicos nos ha solicitado nuestro servicio de Headhunting/Reclutamiento y Selección para cubrir la posición de:

ASISTENTE DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR CON CONOCIMIENTO EN VENTAS

DOMINIOS PARTICULARES

Profesional Técnico o Universitario egresado de carreras como: Negocios, Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.

Tener, obligatoriamente, no menos de 2 años de experiencia en empresas con planta de producción.

Experiencia en documentación o actividades similares en Comercio Exterior (importación/exportación)

Conocimientos en tecnologías de la información

Contrato de ventas

Cierres de mes

Documentos de embarque y procesos de importación

Comunicación con proveedores (Corea y Asia)

Cobranza con clientes y pagos de servicios

Excel Intermedio

Dominio de ingles avanzado

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Aprender el sistema interno para el proceso de coordinación de ventas.

Emitir de contratos de venta.

Proporcionar información crediticia de los clientes.

Preparar el cierre mensual y brindar soporte en los procesos de cierre de mes.

Ser responsable de la comunicación y coordinación con los clientes para atender consultas sobre documentos de embarque y otros aspectos relacionados con el proceso de importación.

Ser responsable de la comunicación y coordinación con las navieras para atender consultas y reclamos de los clientes o verificar información.

Ser responsable comunicación y coordinación con los proveedores para liberar y recibir documentación.

Realizar la cobranza de pagos.

Coordinar el envío de documentos originales a través de DHL.

Gestionar pagos de los servicios de la oficina.

Comprar suministros de oficina.

Asistir al gerente general en temas migratorios, de residencia y médicos.

Coordinar con proveedores el mantenimiento de la oficina, licencias, mantenimiento del vehículo, entre otros.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral, políticas de la empresa y estándares éticos.

Mantener registros precisos de los empleados y bases de datos de recursos humanos.
