Asistente de Cobranzas – Sector Financiero

Lo que harás

  • Gestionar la cartera vigente y morosa junto con el/la Supervisor(a) de Cobranzas para definir acciones diarias.

  • Contactar a clientes por correo y teléfono para revisar facturas pendientes y acordar alternativas de pago.

  • Informar estados de morosidad y confirmar recepción de notificaciones de cobranza; reenviar información cuando corresponda.

  • Administrar la cartera manteniendo actualizados los compromisos y acuerdos con deudores.

  • Verificar recaudaciones a través de portales bancarios y sistema de factoring.

  • Alertar nuevos casos de mora al/ a la Supervisor(a).

  • Elaborar reportes:

o Diarios sobre gestiones y resultados (cliente, montos, descuentos, estatus de mora, etc.).

o Mensuales con el estado de la cartera y motivos de cada etapa.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Estudios universitarios y/o técnico superior en Administración o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en cargos de cobranzas.

  • Herramientas: Manejo intermedio de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Conocimientos: Documentos mercantiles, títulos valores y matemática financiera.
