Job description

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES


• Consolidar las ventas en los cuadros de control internos, manteniéndolos al día con todas las facturas emitidas.


• Garantizar el orden y conservación de documentos relacionados con la gestión de cobranzas.


• Gestionar la cobranza de la cartera asignada del área comercial, asegurando el pago puntual de facturas y letras de cambio.


• Elaborar y mantener actualizado el cuadro de cobranzas.


• Hacer seguimiento a pagos pendientes y cuentas vencidas, coordinando con los clientes hasta lograr su cancelación.


• Registrar los pagos de facturas en el ERP (Odoo) y adjuntar las constancias correspondientes.


• Coordinar con Almacén el despacho de pedidos, realizando seguimiento y control para asegurar que se entreguen de manera oportuna y correcta


• Coordinar con el área Contable y Administrativa para validar facturas y registrar correctamente los pagos.


• Apoyar en la comunicación interna para asegurar que cada venta se cierre de manera correcta y oportuna.


• Generar reportes de ventas, entregas y cobranzas para la Gerencia General.


• Mantener indicadores de cumplimiento (ventas consolidadas, cobranzas efectivas, pedidos atendidos).


• Brindar soporte en actividades administrativas adicionales del área comercial.


• Cubrir funciones del personal del área durante vacaciones o ausencias.

REQUISITOS


• Técnico o universitario en administración, contabilidad o afines.


• ⁠Experiencia mínima de 2 años en área de cobranzas.


• Excel intermedio - avanzado (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas)
