Asistente de Cobranza Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Genera Factoring

Trabajamos para adelantar el cobro de facturas de mipymes, impulsando su liquidez con el respaldo de inversionistas privados.

¿Qué Buscamos?

Un
Asistente de Cobranza
con
capacidad de análisis, proactividad y enfoque en resultados que
garantice la eficiencia en los procesos de cobranza y el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa.

¿Qué Harás?

1.

Análisis de cartera y estrategia

  • Monitorear y analizar la
    cartera vigente, vencida y morosa
    para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.

  • Proponer y ejecutar
    estrategias de cobranza
    personalizadas por tipo de cliente, producto y comportamiento histórico.

  • Medir la
    efectividad de las acciones de cobranza
    y ajustar las tácticas según resultados.

Supervisión operativa

  • Coordinar con el equipo de asistencia las
    acciones de cobranza programadas
    y hacer seguimiento a su cumplimiento.

  • Validar la correcta
    liquidación y asignación de pagos
    .

  • Supervisar la ejecución de
    procesos de notificación, protesto y recuperación judicial
    .

Reportes e indicadores

  • Elaborar y presentar
    informes periódicos
    de cartera, recuperación y eficiencia operativa.

  • Gestionar la
    información para centrales de riesgo (Equifax, Sentinel)
    .

  • Mantener actualizados los
    dashboards e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs)
    del área.

Mejora de procesos

  • Documentar y mejorar los
    flujos de trabajo del ciclo de cobranza
    .

  • Proponer ajustes en herramientas digitales (Hubspot y Odoo) que optimicen la trazabilidad y eficiencia.

  • Asegurar la correcta
    integración de datos entre plataformas
    y coordinar con Tecnología cuando se requiera.
