Asistente de Auditoria de Medios

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar auditoria de las compras (consumos) en medios de comunicación que realiza el área de planificación de las compañías del grupo

-Revisar y conciliar la información relacionada de compras en el sistema de compras

-Revisar y conciliar la información relacionada de compras con los documentos emitidos por los medios de comunicación (facturas, estados de cuenta, etc).

-Revisar y conciliar la información relacionada de compras que ha sido aprobada por los clientes

-Revisar y conciliar la información relacionada de compras contenida en los reportes del área de planificación.

  • Emitir Reportes de compras (consumos) que serán enviadas a los clientes.

  • Gestión y coordinación con los medios de comunicación para la emisión de sus facturas por las compras (consumos)
  • Registro de facturas emitidas por los medios de comunicación en el sistema Advertmind.

  • Gestión y coordinación con los clientes para que emitan sus órdenes de compras y documentos internos para que se les emita sus facturas por las compras (consumos) realizadas.

  • Gestión y coordinación con el área de facturación de OMG para la emisión de sus facturas por las compras (consumos)

Requisitos

  • Egresad@ de la carrera de Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

  • Con experiencia mínima de un 1 año en el cargo y funciones, y experiencia en empresas de servicios (ideal o de preferencia).

  • Manejo de programas de Office a nivel intermedio, Excel a nivel avanzado y experiencia en manejo de sistemas administrativos/financieros o ERP.

  • Buena Comunicación, Trabajo en equipo, Proactividad y Empatía.

Condiciones laborales

  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9am a 6pm
  • Lugar de trabajo: Miraflores, Lima
  • Modelo de trabajo semipresencial
  • Seguro EPS cubierto al 100%
  • Beneficios bajo planilla completa (CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones)
