Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un talento que ocupe el puesto de ASISTENTE DE ATRACCIÓN DE TALENTO de para nuestra sede ubicada en el Callao y Magdalena.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: Responsable de garantizar el ingreso del personal idóneo a la organización alineados a los objetivos estratégicos y cultura organizacional de la compañía, así como brindar soporte en actividades que aseguren la permanencia y la adaptación oportuna del talento humano dentro de la organización, generando la mejor experiencia del postulante y nuevo ingreso.

¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS?

  • Egresado Universitario de Psicología, Gestión Empresarial, Recursos Humanos, o afines.

  • Experiencia laboral mínima de 1 año en puestos similares o relacionados a de reclutamiento, selección de personal, gestión del talento
  • Conocimiento en Selección de Personal, Proceso de Onboarding/Offboarding, Entrevistas por competencias e Indicadores de Atracción de Talento.

  • Conocimiento en Microsoft Office nivel intermedio (indispensable) y Power BI (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad inmediata para laborar en Callao y Magdalena
