Asistente de Administración y Finanzas Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Projectnet


Job description

Requisitos:

  • Egresado de administración bancaria o administración y finanzas (excluyente).

  • Excel intermedio (excluyente).

  • Ingles intermedio.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año.

  • Conocimiento en facturación, finanzas, créditos y conciliación bancaria.

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad de análisis, comunicación, negociación, gestión del tiempo y organización, productividad e iniciativa/autonomía.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar en labores contables y financieras.

  • Elaborar cartas, formatos e informes.

  • Archivar toda la documentación contable y financiera.

  • Elaboración de facturas, notas de crédito, notas de débito, letras y cheques.

  • Apoyo en la cobranza y pagos.

  • Realizar EEFF y declaraciones mensuales.

  • Realizar reportes financieros.

  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias, pago de detracciones.

  • Ingreso de compras y ventas en el ERP.
