Somos empresa líder en fabricación de puertas de madera , y estamos en búsqueda de talento para cubrir el puesto de
AUXILIAR DE ADMINISTRACION DE VENTA
.

MISION DEL PUESTO:
Realizar el proceso desde la programación de pedidos hasta la entrega en el punto final indicado por el cliente, coordinando con las areas involucradas.

FUNCIONES:

  • Coordinar con Planeamiento, producción y transito la transferencia de los productos vía sistema y físico para completar la mercadería y despachar los pedidos.

  • Brindar respuesta oportuna a solicitudes de los clientes (teléfono, correo, WhatsApp) sobre los despachos de productos para atender a los clientes.

  • Enviar respuesta a comercial de observaciones correspondiente a pedidos realizados con el objetivo de levantar las observaciones y poder continuar el proceso de aprobación.

  • Realizar seguimiento al Centro de Distribución de armado, picking y despacho de los pedidos a fin de cumplir con la entrega acordada a los clientes.

  • Programar los pedidos para que el personal de picking prepare la mercadería y pueda salir a despacho.

  • Recibir los pedidos del área comercial y verificar en el Spring si se cuenta con stock, a fin de que el área de facturación apruebe el pedido.

  • Realizar reporte de atenciones de pedidos (proyectos) para el área comercial y clientes a fin de brindar información de entregas parciales.

  • Realizar reportes estadísticos de atenciones de pedidos de todos los canales para medir los retrasos y área responsable de la demora.

  • Coordinar las atenciones y/o Post venta a fin de concluir el reclamo del cliente.

  • Consolidar pedidos para provincia a fin de solicitar al área de distribución cotice el transporte y puedan programar el despacho.
