ASISTENTE DE ADMINISTRACION DE PERSONAL Job Opening In San Juan de Lurigancho – Now Hiring Topitop

Descripción

Proposito:
Dar soporte en una gestión eficiente y oportuna de la administración de personal, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y contribuyendo a generar una experiencia positiva para nuestros colaboradores, que impulse el crecimiento y la cultura de la empresa.


Funciones Principales:

Ejecutar el cumplimiento de los procesos: Contratos, convenios,
movimientos y transferencias de personal, formalización de promoción de
personal, distribución de boletas de pago, vacaciones, ceses, CTS, utilidades,
control de asistencia y puntualidad, entre otros.
Ejecutar y validar el imput de información con el
área corporativa de remuneraciones para los pagos de planilla y beneficios.
Gestionar y promover los beneficios institucionales (vales, seguros, etc.).

Preparar reporte de KPI´s del área y proponer alternativas de mejora para su
cumplimiento.
Ejecuciónd e atención de consultas con los clientes internos.
Ejecutarlas medidas disciplinarias respecto al personal de acuerdo a ley
laboral vigente y las políticas de la empresa.

Atender los diferentes requerimientos de entidades fiscalizadoras como MTPE,
SUNAFIL, ONP, SUNAT, SBS, Auditorías Internas, entre otros.




Requisitos

Formación: Ingenieria Industrial, Administración de Empresas
o carreras afines.

Especialización: Gestión y Desarrollo Humano, Compensaciones o temas afines.(
Deseable)

Experiencia: Cerca de 1 año en posiciones similares.

Excel: Nivel Avanzado
