REQUISITOS:
Ultimos ciclos o Egresado/Bachiller de Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, o carreras afines.
6 meses de experiencia en puestos similares.
Residir en Miraflores o distritos aledaños (Deseable).
Nivel intermedio en Excel.
Conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales.
Manejo de plataforma de SUNAT
Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo en el horario lunes a viernes de 09:00 am 06:00 pm
FUNCIONES:
Revisar las alertas de contratos de todo los trabajadores y administrativos, así como coordinar y hacer seguimiento con los supervisores para la firma de contratos con los trabajadores y archivar.
Entregar a los supervisores las boletas de pagos de los trabajadores y dar seguimiento a que firmen y archivarlo.
Registrar el alta del nuevo trabajador en los diferentes sistemas que gestiona RRHH como parte del soporte a sus procesos y su respectiva baja del personal.
Coordinar la apertura de cuenta de haberes y cts para el nuevo personal.
Realizar las macros para poder gestinar los pagos.
Afiliar a la AFP a los trabajadores que deseen formar parte del Sistema Privado de Pensiones.
Atender las consultas laborales de los colaboradores.
Realizar la liquidacion del los trabajadores
Declaracion de T-PLAME
Otras funciones que designe jefatura inmediata.
