Asistente Comercial y de Contenido Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring HR Business Partner


Job description

Misión del puesto

Impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la consultora a través de la generación y gestión de contenidos en redes sociales y la prospección activa de clientes, asegurando flujo constante de reuniones calificadas y presencia digital coherente con el posicionamiento estratégico de la firma.

Funciones principales

  • Crear y programar publicaciones en redes conforme al calendario editorial.

  • Redactar copys y armar piezas en Canva (posts, carruseles y stories).

  • Monitorear comentarios y bandejas de entrada; responder o escalar según protocolo.

  • Investigar y construir listas de prospectos (sector, tamaño, rol decisor) según el perfil de clientes.

  • Contactar decisores por LinkedIn, correo y telefóno; solicitar y agendar reuniones..

  • Mantener el CRM actualizado (etapas, próximos pasos y recordatorios).

  • Coordinar con consultores casos de éxito y contenidos técnicos publicables.

  • Elaborar reportes semanales de métricas de redes y del pipeline comercial.

  • Proponer mejoras continuas a la parrilla de contenido y al embudo comercial.

  • Asegurar consistencia de marca en tono, diseño y mensajes.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Egresado/a o últimos ciclos en marketing, comunicación, administración o afines.

  • 6 meses de experiencia en contenidos, community management o soporte comercial B2B.

  • Dominio de LinkedIn (página y perfil) y nociones de social selling.

  • Redacción persuasiva y buena ortografía.

  • Conocimientos de CRM.

  • Canva intermedio; nociones de edición corta de video.

  • Conocimientos de embudos B2B, ICP, propuesta de valor y calendarización editorial.

  • Manejo de Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
