Estamos en la búsqueda de un Asistente Comercial - Sede Lima, con experiencia en el sector agroexportador, capaz de brindar soporte al área comercial mediante la supervisión del envío de documentos, corrección de guías de remisión y mantenimiento actualizado de la información de itinerarios y cobranzas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos de exportación.

Funciones principales:

  • Apoyar en las gestiones requeridas por las asistentes de documentación y personal de operaciones logísticas.

  • Realizar cambios de destinatarios en las GRE cuando se solicite (exportación de uva).

  • Emitir GRE e ingresar fruta al sistema Nisira para exportaciones de palta.

  • Revisar cuadros de control de documentos.

  • Aplicar anticipos de clientes del exterior en el listado de embarques.

  • Coordinar con Tesorería (Safco y Global Agro) para saldos de anticipos y su aplicación en Nisira.

  • Revisar y validar el llenado de información de facturas emitidas de exportación en el listado de embarques.

  • Registrar fechas de arribo de contenedores de campañas pasadas.

  • Completar reportes de calidad en el cuadro status enviado por el jefe comercial.

  • Gestionar y dar soporte en auditorías internas del área comercial.

  • Redactar y dar seguimiento a procedimientos del área comercial.

Perfil del puesto

Formación académica

  • Técnico o universitario completo en Comercio Exterior, Contabilidad, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 1 año en cargos como asistente de documentación, asistente de comercio exterior, asistente de control documentario o similares.

  • Experiencia en:
  • Gestión y validación de documentos de exportación.

  • Manejo de guías de remisión electrónica (GRE) y registro en ERP (Nisira u otros).

  • Supervisión y actualización de reportes comerciales y status de embarques.

  • Participación en auditorías internas y elaboración de procedimientos.

  • Coordinación de documentación con áreas contables y entidades externas.

Conocimientos

  • Control documentario y normativas de comercio exterior.

  • Guías de remisión y facturación en exportaciones.

  • Manejo de ERP (Nisira) y Excel avanzado.

  • Auditoría interna y redacción de procedimientos comerciales.

  • Gestión y seguimiento de anticipos y pagos en exportaciones.

  • Inglés intermedio.
