Propósito del Puesto

El
Asistente Comercial Junior
brindará soporte directo a la Gerencia Comercial en la gestión administrativa y operativa de los procesos de venta.

Su misión será garantizar la correcta comunicación entre las distintas áreas de la empresa, apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de clientes y del Estado a través de plataformas como
Perú Compras
y
SEACE
.

Este rol es fundamental para asegurar la eficiencia de los procesos comerciales y contribuir al logro de los objetivos del área.

Responsabilidades

  • Asistir a la Gerencia Comercial en tareas administrativas vinculadas a la gestión de ventas.

  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con las distintas áreas internas que impacten en los procesos comerciales.

  • Elaborar y actualizar reportes de gestión para la Gerencia Comercial.

  • Realizar seguimiento en el portal de compras del Estado – Perú Compras y coordinar el proceso operativo.

  • Coordinar con mayoristas y gestionar información en sus plataformas y webs.

  • Hacer seguimiento de requerimientos y verificar avances de las oportunidades comerciales.

  • Revisar periódicamente el SEACE para identificar procesos relevantes.

  • Gestionar y administrar la plataforma Licitalab.

Requisitos

  • Formación Académica:
    Estudiantes o egresados de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia:
    Deseable experiencia previa en labores administrativas o comerciales.

  • Conocimientos:
    Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado.

  • Manejo en portales del Estado (Perú Compras, SEACE) y herramientas de gestión comercial es un plus.

    Manejo de reportes, uso de Excel y plataformas de compras públicas.

  • Interpersonales:
    Comunicación efectiva, capacidad para coordinar con diversas áreas y relacionamiento con mayoristas.

    Disposición para aprender, adaptabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo en equipo.

Condiciones de Trabajo

  • Modalidad:
    Presencial en el distrito de Cercado de Lima
  • Horario:
    Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 6:30 p.m.
  • Beneficios:
    Ingreso a planilla general desde el primer día, con todos los beneficios de ley.
