Job description

FUNCIONES:

· Brindar apoyo al representante de ventas en la elaboración de cotizaciones y el envío de información a los clientes (brochure, ficha técnica, manuales, cartas de presentación u otros documentos de apoyo a la venta).

· Elaborar las solicitudes de cotización entregadas por el área comercial

· Mantener el control de las cotizaciones y elaborar reportes mensuales.

· Atender llamadas telefónicas y derivar reclamos o requerimientos especiales a las áreas correspondientes.

· Procesar las órdenes de compra del área de ventas y emitir ordenes de trabajo

· Llevar reunión de seguimiento de ordenes de trabajo

· Actualizar y mantener lista de precios y ficha técnicas en el sistema y base de datos.

Requisitos:
· Formación de la Carrera Técnico o Universitario en Administración, recién egresado

· Facilidad de comunicación

· Actitud positiva, compromiso

Beneficios:
