FUNCIONES

-Atender los requerimientos de reclamos hacia el cliente (Telefónica)

-Gestión de correos electrónicos.

-Atender los requerimientos de reclamos hacia el cliente.

-Ejecutar las operaciones diarias según los ANS definidos para el servicio.

-Realizar reportes diarios de las operaciones realizadas, para el superior inmediato.

-Informar y/o registrar incidencias detectadas al superior inmediato y realizar seguimiento de las mismas.

-Brindar soporte en tareas administrativas y/o operativas relacionadas al área.
