Asistente Administrativo y de Compras Job Opening In Santiago de Surco – Now Hiring 3G IT Consulting

3G IT CONSULTING
está en busca de un
Asistente Administrativo y de Compras
altamente motivado y organizado.

El candidato ideal tendrá las siguientes
funciones principales:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de los requisitos con las entidades normativas y regulatorias, garantizando que todas las operaciones se realicen conforme a las leyes y regulaciones vigentes.

  • Gestionar de manera eficiente el flujo de caja de la empresa, asegurando la disponibilidad de fondos para las operaciones diarias y optimizando los recursos financieros.

  • Recibir, archivar y distribuir la correspondencia y documentación que llega a la oficina.

  • Hacer seguimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de los contratos con proveedores.

  • Mantener actualizados los libros de matrícula de acciones, el libro de junta general de accionistas y la ficha registral de la empresa.

  • Recibir y generar los requerimientos de compra de bienes y servicios.

  • Hacer seguimiento de las órdenes de compra a pedidos, coordinando con mayoristas y marcas para asegurar la entrega en el tiempo establecido y alertar sobre posibles demoras.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Administración de Empresas y/o afines (deseable).

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puestos similares.

  • Autonomía, compromiso, ambición y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

  • Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo.
