En Check Point Advertainment buscamos un Asistente Administrativo para unirse a nuestro equipo y ser parte fundamental de la organización, asegurando el orden y la eficiencia en nuestras operaciones diarias.

Sobre el puesto

Tu rol será clave para que la empresa funcione con fluidez:

Gestionarás correos, actas, informes y documentación oficial, manteniendo siempre una comunicación clara y profesional con clientes y proveedores.

Administrarás la agenda de la oficina y la coordinación de reuniones, citas y permisos necesarios para nuestras instalaciones y proyectos.

Darás soporte en plataformas como SEACE, Perú Compras y portales de clientes/proveedores, garantizando que trámites y registros se realicen correctamente.

Elaborarás cotizaciones, guías de remisión, facturas y actas de culminación de proyectos.

Supervisarás el abastecimiento de insumos de oficina y el pago oportuno de servicios básicos.

Mantendrás el archivo físico y digital organizado y actualizado, asegurando un control eficiente de la información.

Lo que valoramos de ti

Organización, orden y puntualidad para mantener el flujo de trabajo.

Capacidad de redacción clara y formal.

Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas similares.

Manejo de Microsoft Office y Google Workspace.

Conocimiento y experiencia en plataformas de gestión pública (SEACE, Perú Compras) y de clientes/proveedores.

Proactividad, capacidad de priorizar tareas y atención al detalle.
