Job description

Empresa del sector eléctrico se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Asistente administrativo.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico en administración, contabilidad, informática o carreras afines (indispensable)
  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en puestos similares (deseable)
  • Organizado, proactivo, responsable, puntual.

    (indispensable)
  • Residir en zonas cercanas al cono norte de Lima (indispensable)
  • Dominio de office a nivel intermedio (deseable)
  • Experiencia en atención y coordinación con proveedores, personal operativos, entre otros (deseable).

Beneficios laborales

  • Trabajo presencial de L-V de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm
  • Sueldo 1,500 soles
  • Buen clima laboral

Funciones:

  • Realizar la gestión de ingreso de personal nuevo: solicitud de SCTR, exámenes médicos ocupacionales, firma de contratos, entre otros.

  • Control y registro de tareo del personal operativo.

  • Gestión de recursos de la empresa: mantener vigente los documentos de vehículos, correos corporativos, antivirus, utiles de oficina.

  • Gestión de recursos para obras: compra de pasajes terrestres y aéreos, reserva de alojamiento, alquiler de oficinas y vehículos, alquiler de sanitarios portátiles, etc.

  • Gestión de compras: emisión de ordenes de compras, solicitud de facturas a proveedores, liquidación de compras al área contable de manera mensual.

  • Revisión de fondos operativos y caja chica del personal.

  • Otras funciones que le asigne su jefe inmediato.

Sueldo: S/.1,500.00 al mes
